What to Expect Over Time: The True Cost of Treatment
Our approach is designed to be both efficient and effective - helping you make meaningful progress without needing to commit to multiple sessions per week over several months.
Most patients start with weekly sessions in the first month, then we space them out based on your progress and goals. Here's a general outline:
Month 1
Typically 4 sessions (~$900) including a detailed initial evaluation, personalized treatment plan, and ongoing support between visits.
Need fewer sessions? We can easily adjust based on your needs and budget.Month 2
Usually 2 sessions (~$450), focusing on progressing your plan and reinforcing long-term strategies.Months 3–4
Similar to Month 2 or even fewer sessions — depending on the complexity of your case and how you're responding to care.
In contrast, traditional in-network physical therapy often involves 2–3 sessions per week for several months, adding up to $4,000+ even with insurance copays.
Our goal is to help you recover efficiently and sustainably — with fewer appointments, more autonomy, and care that respects both your time and resources.

“When I began working with Cristina, I was struggling with a lot of physical limitations due to my chronic health conditions and multiple injuries. Cristina patiently listened to every concern I had and she always provided alternate ways of approaching movement that worked for my body. She helped me to reconsider the way I view physical therapy; now I look forward to movement as a type of medicine/treatment for my body as opposed to a series of exercises that must be accomplished. Cristina taught me how to incorporate physical therapy into my life in a meaningful way and I cannot thank her enough... 10/10 would recommend!”
